Context

A specialist digital consultancy delivering transformation programmes across government and regulated sectors needed to strengthen its User Centred Design capability to meet client demand as the UK government undergoes significant digitisation of public services.

The client required a Senior User Researcher with strong experience operating within government environments and a solid understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) Service Standards. The individual needed to be comfortable working across discovery through to live phases, conducting mixed-method research, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
